Adds a full Immoral Heart.

Immoral Hearts are added in the end of the health bar. When depleted, all adjacent Immoral Hearts in the health bar are lost and converted into Immoral Minions that chase around and damage enemies.

Upon clearing the room, all Immoral Minions reform back into their Immoral Heart version and can be picked back up again.
Unlock: Defeat Mom as Fiend.
